About the Role
Vindarvind Hygiene Products Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and driven HR professional to join our expanding chemical manufacturing organization. This role is pivotal in shaping our human resource functions and ensuring efficient people management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Formulate and maintain HR policies, standard operating procedures, and related documentation.
- Create and implement induction programs and staff training procedures.
- Establish clear job descriptions and develop effective performance evaluation mechanisms.
- Enhance employee engagement initiatives and work on retention strategies.
- Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards and maintain accurate employee records.
Requirements
- Possess between three to six years’ experience in HR, preferably within manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in recruitment processes and overseeing HR operational tasks.
- Skilled at designing, implementing, and refining HR systems and workflows.
- Strong skills in communication and documentation management.
- Demonstrate a proactive, self-driven approach with problem-solving capabilities.
