Role Overview

We are in search of driven and quality-focused Hiring Partners who specialize in talent sourcing and have a keen enthusiasm for connecting exceptional candidates with outstanding career opportunities. This position suits individuals with recruitment or sourcing experience from agency, in-house, or independent backgrounds, who prefer sourcing rather than end-to-end recruitment, and who aim to establish a long-lasting career in recruitment while gaining access to exclusive openings from leading companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates spanning entry-level to executive positions.
• Evaluate candidate profiles carefully and provide matched CVs that satisfy client specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers to grasp hiring needs and priorities.
• Use multiple sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, and social media channels.
• Maintain comprehensive tracking of candidates using company-endorsed tools.
• Engage continuously in skills advancement via the 101 Recruitment Hacks training series.
