Role Overview

Join the Wolt Market team in Split, contributing to the future of retail through our cashier-less and customer-contact free store model. In this role, you will prepare online grocery orders efficiently and accurately to ensure customers receive their products promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing online orders through the mobile application.
• Receiving and stocking merchandise accurately.
• Maintaining precise inventory records and labeling products appropriately.
• Ensuring workspace cleanliness and compliance with HACCP food safety standards.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and communicating promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and problem-solve under pressure.
• Understanding of customer experience principles.
• Comfortable working with digital applications.
• Previous experience in a similar retail role is preferred.
• Minimum of secondary vocational education.
• Fluency in Croatian and English languages.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting gross salary of €1,388.40, with a 50% premium for night and weekend shifts and potential for salary growth over time.

Work Schedule
