Field Recruiter

Role Overview

The Field Recruiter position involves identifying suitable candidates by actively engaging with job seekers in various locations such as colleges, local neighborhoods, and trade events. The candidate will also conduct on-site interviews to assess applicant suitability and work closely with college Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) to facilitate campus hiring drives and streamline the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates from local areas, educational institutions, and job fairs.
• Conduct face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for open roles.
• Coordinate effectively with college TPOs to organize and support campus recruitment events.

Essential Skills

• Willingness and ability to travel across different towns or regions as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to represent the company positively and engage with candidates.
• Familiarity with local colleges and understanding their campus recruitment processes.
