Position Overview
This fully remote role requires working 20-30 hours weekly as a full-cycle recruiter. The recruiter will handle all stages of recruitment including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers while managing candidate pipelines using Workday. Emphasis is placed on delivering an inclusive and equitable experience reflecting company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, maintaining thorough candidate pipeline management and communication.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers by leading intake sessions, aligning candidate profiles, offering market insights, and advising on hiring choices.
- Support early career and cohort hiring initiatives such as Rotational Associate Program and internship pipelines, managing logistics and communications efficiently during high-volume recruitment.
- Manage job posting strategies including setting up and distributing postings via Workday and job boards, ensuring accuracy.
- Take ownership of interview scheduling and coordination to facilitate smooth hiring panels and candidate interactions.
- Provide recruiting metrics, reporting, and status updates, and assist in process documentation to uphold recruitment best practices.
- Partner with People Operations and related teams for Workday troubleshooting, onboarding coordination, and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, capable of managing multiple requisitions across varied functions and levels independently.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems with a strong preference for Workday Recruiting expertise.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills balanced with the ability to handle priority shifts in a dynamic setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills comfortable with directly partnering with hiring managers and engaging candidates.
- Meticulous attention to detail ensuring data accuracy throughout candidate pipeline processes.
Preferred Experience
- Background in supporting cohort or early career hiring programs and managing high-volume recruitment.
- Experience recruiting on a global scale including international candidates and remote team environments.
- Ability to work autonomously in lean recruiting teams or as a solo recruiter.
- Exposure to organizations in energy, climate, or mission-driven sectors.
