Role Overview
We are hiring two dedicated professionals as Executive Assistants / Project Coordinators for Strategic Projects to collaborate closely with experienced consultants. The position is based in Frankfurt or Munich, with the possibility of placement at other company locations. This role blends executive support duties with active project involvement, allowing for significant influence and varied responsibilities. Candidates should be capable of managing complexity, maintaining oversight amid dynamic conditions, and proactively contributing to projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize multiple concurrent international projects, tracking progress, priorities, and deadlines to ensure smooth operations under high pressure and complexity.
- Provide forward-thinking support in daily operational tasks to prioritize complex topics and alleviate workload, including integrated calendar and travel management.
- Coordinate demanding interview and selection procedures, liaise with international clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders, and structure decision processes and timelines.
- Prepare and deliver briefings, presentations, and confidential materials with precision, supporting successful mandate completions.
Candidate Profile
- Degree completed in law, economics, business administration, or equivalent qualification.
- Initial experience in project-related, coordination, or analytical roles such as consulting, contract management, or professional services.
- Fluency in German and English languages.
- Ability to rapidly and coherently synthesize complex information.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent prioritization instincts, high reliability, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Motivation to take responsibility and actively drive tasks forward.
