About the Role
Join Westpac as an Executive Assistant supporting the Head of Operations in the Customer Lifecycle Management Delivery Unit. This full-time, permanent position is located onsite in Sydney at Barangaroo on Warrane, Gadigal Country. You'll be a proactive and reliable partner who manages complex schedules and communications efficiently to enable smooth executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diary and inbox for the Head of Operations, ensuring all meetings, messages, and follow-ups are handled thoroughly and punctually.
- Organize travel arrangements, expense reporting, events, and town halls.
- Provide tailored executive support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Lifecycle Management Executive Office and a network of Executive Assistants across the organization to ensure seamless operational flow.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a large, complex organization.
- Confident and accurate diary and inbox management, prioritizing multiple competing demands.
- Proficient digital skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- A forward-thinking mindset on utilizing AI tools to enhance daily work efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and effective stakeholder relationship management.
