Job description
Overview
The Events & CRM Coordinator plays an essential role in implementing the Maison's client engagement strategy throughout the UAE and KSA regions. Collaborating closely with the Events & CRM Manager for the Middle East, this position is critical in bringing the Maison's vision to life by enhancing client experiences, building strong client relationships, and coordinating boutique activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering monthly CRM campaigns aligned with business goals and commercial targets.
- Support boutiques in organizing tailored client experiences and customized private appointments.
- Develop seasonal product catalogues that reflect each market's assortment and create bespoke catalogues upon boutique requests.
- Aggregate and review monthly Bloom KPIs ensuring precise tracking and punctual updates.
- Generate monthly client birthday lists and coordinate with boutiques to guarantee timely client celebrations.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and handle client reassignment activities when necessary.
- Coordinate and manage all events and activations, both in-store and external, ensuring flawless execution.
- Assist in sourcing and overseeing suppliers, vendors, venues, and talent while adhering to budget and Maison standards.
- Engage with headquarters’ CRM, Visual Merchandising, and Events teams to secure event approvals and align with global protocols.
- Manage operational details for events, including permits, logistics, deliveries, and store setup.
- Document event content and produce detailed post-event reports with qualitative feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the PR agency regarding sample requests for editorial shoots and consolidate monthly PR performance reports regionally.
- Coordinate with the Merchandising team to identify key collection pieces for press sample selection with the PR agency.
- Perform monthly competitor benchmarking related to CRM initiatives, client experiences, events, and media activities.
- Conduct market research on competitors and identify trends and best practices for the region.
- Handle administrative duties such as raising and tracking IT support tickets, coordinating new boutique setups on ViewApp and Rendez-vous, managing user access requests, and overseeing vendor creation, purchase orders, invoice submission, and payment follow-up.
- Maintain well-organized records of all Advertising & Promotion invoices.
Person Specification
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related discipline.
- Has a passion for fashion, luxury experiences, and possesses a keen eye for products.
- Exhibits strong organizational abilities combined with high creativity.
- Capable of working independently with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous.
