Role Overview

As a Stylist at Chloe, you act as a representative ambassador of the Maison, welcoming each client into the Chloe community with warmth and professionalism. The role demands a trustworthy advisor who fosters long-standing relationships and works effectively within a team to deliver a superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing outstanding customer service and nurturing long-term connections.
• Engage actively with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) targets, executing personalized outreach campaigns utilizing all available clienteling tools within set deadlines.
• Consistently update and document client information, including qualitative insights, especially focusing on Very Very Important Clients (VVICs) and Very Important Clients (VICs).
• Leverage omnichannel services to enhance customer interactions and drive sales performance.
• Meet or exceed store and personal sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets through proactive participation in trainings and commercial activities.
• Stay informed of local market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
• Maintain a high standard of store presentation, back office organization, and personal grooming, ensuring a luxurious shopping environment at all times.
• Report infrastructure or maintenance needs promptly to store management and adhere to store management and inventory guidelines.
• Provide exceptional aftersales service, including client follow-up and support.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Richemont policies and professional standards.
