Professional Growth and Flexibility
This position encourages tailoring your career to focus on areas such as planning, biological or water resources, GIS mapping, or technical editing according to your interests. Our business model supports autonomy and innovation.
Application Requirements
- Residence in the Greater Sacramento, California area is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, planning, policy, or related disciplines.
- At least one year of experience in environmental planning, analysis, Native American tribal engagement, or a similar field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; a writing sample will be requested.
- Attention to detail and good organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience drafting environmental compliance documents or proposals related to NEPA or CEQA is advantageous.
Benefits and Compensation
We provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. Our flexible work hours support work-life integration and accommodate various time zones or travel.
