Position Overview
The founding Enterprise Account Executive in APAC will engage with large Fortune 1000 corporations, spearheading strategic deals that will significantly influence company growth. This role involves identifying how Cresta’s AI platform can generate substantial value for clients, nurturing executive-level relationships, and promoting advanced AI solutions. It offers a unique chance to help define sales strategies, contribute to regional expansion, and establish Cresta’s presence in APAC, starting with Australia.
This dynamic and visible position suits individuals excelling in fast-paced startup environments who are passionate about applying innovative AI technologies to solve practical business problems. The role entails shaping sales approaches, impacting cross-departmental priorities, and fostering a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales lifecycle while cultivating and managing relationships with vital decision-makers and executives.
- Navigate complex sales cycles from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Identify potential clients, create tailored product presentations and business cases, develop proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of Cresta's products, the contact center industry, competitive advantages, and client requirements.
- Collaborate intimately with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of enterprise-level SaaS sales experience with a proven history of meeting sales goals.
- Proficient in negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise agreements.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams during major deal processes.
- Capable of clearly conveying contractual, technical, and financial benefits to clients, including C-level executives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences.
- Availability to be present in Melbourne frequently and on short notice, including domestic and international travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
