About the Role

Join Ignites Human Capital Services Pvt Ltd as a Customer Support Executive focused on supporting clients via phone in a US shift schedule. The position offers a monthly salary around INR 22,000 and includes weekends off (Saturday and Sunday). This role is located in Bangalore and is open to freshers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls to address and resolve their questions and issues effectively.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal departments to handle complex escalations and provide timely resolutions.
