About the Role
Join Ignites Human Capital Services Pvt Ltd as a Customer Support Executive focused on supporting clients via phone in a US shift schedule. The position offers a monthly salary around INR 22,000 and includes weekends off (Saturday and Sunday). This role is located in Bangalore and is open to freshers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls to address and resolve their questions and issues effectively.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal departments to handle complex escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Achieve the set performance standards including metrics for quality, first call resolution, call handling time, and minimizing call abandonment.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, enabling effective interaction with international clients.
- Capability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts when necessary.
- Adept problem-solving abilities combined with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
- Immediate availability for joining without any notice period is strongly preferred.
