Job Overview
Join our team as a Customer Care Executive where you will support clients by managing inbound and outbound calls to address their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer communications to resolve various inquiries and complaints with efficiency.
- Assist users by guiding them through troubleshooting processes, billing questions, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain precise records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Strive to achieve or surpass performance metrics like Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) ratings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, while ensuring excellent customer experience ownership.
Additional Information
This is a permanent, full-time role open to both freshers and experienced candidates. The compensation ranges between ₹17,000 and ₹20,000 per month.
