Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle inbound customer calls, resolve complaints, and communicate updates regarding lift installations, breakdowns, and maintenance visits.
- Coordinate effectively between clients, field technicians, engineering teams, and dispatch to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Organize and schedule preventive maintenance activities, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and urgent repair appointments.
- Keep detailed records by maintaining job cards, service logs, client information databases, and prepare commercial quotes and reports using CRM software.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in customer support, technical coordination, or service operations, with preference for candidates from the elevator industry.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic data entry and management, as well as familiarity with ERP or CRM platforms.
- Exhibit strong verbal communication, capability to multitask, and effective problem-solving skills especially while managing stressful situations.
