About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Establish connections with potential employers to comprehend their hiring needs.
- Advise clients on recruitment solutions that Broxer provides.
- Perform product demonstrations and guide sales discussions with key decision makers.
- Manage complete sales cycles from qualifying leads to successfully closing deals.
- Maintain and develop a robust sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
- Meet monthly goals related to revenue, conversion rates, and sales activities.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales opportunities using CRM platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for clients.
- Spot chances for upselling during initial customer interactions.
- Keep informed about industry trends, recruitment challenges, and competitors’ offerings.
Learning Opportunities
This role offers hands-on experience in refining communication skills, enhancing product knowledge, and developing problem-solving abilities within a friendly and cooperative environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range from ₹700,000 to ₹850,000 based on experience, plus a quarterly variable component of ₹300,000.
- Work schedule comprises five days a week with an informal dress code.

Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must possess at least 1 year of professional experience.
- Proven strength in communication and negotiation.
- Experience with consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to establish rapport with business owners and HR personnel.
- Strong sense of ownership and goal orientation.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring procedures.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales workflows.
