Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team by organizing and scheduling candidate interviews, crafting offer letters, and managing background check processes across multiple UMG units in the US.
  • Coordinate interview logistics including calendar management, travel arrangements, and moderation of interviews conducted in-person, telephonically, or via video conferencing.
  • Liaise efficiently with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to synchronize schedules and ensure a smooth recruitment flow.
  • Proactively follow up to expedite recruitment stages and maintain momentum.
  • Deliver professional and courteous service to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Update applicant status in the Workday Recruiting system diligently.
