Role Overview
We are seeking a People Systems Coordinator focused on UAE Nationals based in Dubai. This position involves managing HR systems, ensuring data integrity, supporting system implementations, and providing user assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee data within HR platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of employee information.
- Support upgrades, testing, and rollout of HR system enhancements.
- Generate detailed HR reports covering metrics like headcount, turnover, and onboarding.
- Assist in the development of dashboards and analytical tools.
- Monitor data quality to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding workflows through system support.
- Maintain detailed documentation of HR processes and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and pursue automation opportunities to improve efficiencies.
- Provide first-level support for HR system inquiries and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Train HR personnel on using HR software effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy policies and internal governance standards.
- Support compliance audits and validate data as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline.
- Preferred 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or data-centric roles.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle is advantageous.
- Possession of a UAE Family Book is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets with a strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
