Position Summary
As a Client Success Lead based in Columbus, OH, you will oversee daily operations within one of Fooda's largest and most dynamic markets. Your primary focus is ensuring each client's employees enjoy a superior lunch experience while maintaining operational excellence across multiple sites. Leadership and team support in the Columbus market are core duties. The role involves roughly 30% local travel within Columbus and requires weekly presence at the Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main client contact, managing ongoing communication, scheduling recurring meetings, and conducting Client Business Reviews to proactively manage accounts, resolve issues, and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Oversee daily Popup operations for the Los Angeles market and ensure successful service delivery across a client portfolio.
- Supervise the On-Site Coordinator and a small local team, handling scheduling, team coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Lead new client account launches by coordinating stakeholders, conducting site walk-throughs, setting up systems, and managing implementation on-site.
- Ensure operational leadership and support for the Columbus team in all everyday functions.
- Conduct regular visits to client locations to collect customer feedback, audit partnered restaurants, and strengthen client relationships.
- Organize site evaluations and coordinate health department inspections.
- Work closely with your team to consistently provide exceptional service that surpasses client expectations.
- Offer insights into performance and help optimize client scheduling strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 4 to 6 years or more of experience in client success, account management, hospitality, and/or food service domains.
- Demonstrate proactive relationship-building capabilities, anticipating client needs and providing valuable insights beyond routine updates.
- Preferably have experience managing part-time or full-time staff.
- Strong affinity for processes, quick working pace, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology and adapting to fast-moving environments.
- Maintain a positive mindset when facing challenges, with problem-solving skills.
- Physically able to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds and stand for up to two hours.
- Effective communication skills and confidence in directing others.
