About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to join a private equity-backed telecommunications and fiber infrastructure company during a period of rapid expansion. This executive leadership role will focus on scaling the business, particularly in the Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) segment, by leading operational excellence across network engineering, construction, customer operations, installations, and procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all operational functions across the organization with executive-level oversight.
- Manage and expand large-scale FTTH deployment projects efficiently.
- Implement operational best practices across engineering, construction, customer operations, installations, and procurement teams.
- Create scalable processes that facilitate sustainable organizational growth.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic initiatives forward.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and performance-driven culture prioritizing employee engagement and development.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive leadership experience in senior operational roles within the telecommunications sector.
- Proven track record of overseeing significant FTTH network deployment programs.
- Experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, customer services, and procurement.
- Ability to successfully scale organizations through phases of rapid growth.
- Strong commercial insight balancing operational efficiency with long-term strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.
Experience working with private equity-backed companies or managing businesses through periods of increased investment is highly advantageous but not compulsory.

Compensation Package
- Competitive base salary ranging from $240,000 to $250,000 per year
