Chief Operating Officer

About the Role

An expanding organization is seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee business operations and drive company expansion. The COO will collaborate closely with the CEO to optimize daily workflows, boost operational efficiency, and facilitate effective collaboration among various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities across multiple company sites.
• Coordinate with diverse teams to meet organizational objectives.
• Enhance business performance and manage operating expenses.
• Develop streamlined and scalable processes to sustain growth.
• Monitor company performance utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales departments.
• Lead initiatives focused on process enhancement and business expansion.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a skilled operations leadership team.

Qualifications

• More than 15 years of experience in operations management roles.
• Previous tenure as a COO or an equivalent high-level leadership position.
• Expertise in overseeing business operations and financial management.
• Experience working in a rapidly scaling organization is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership capabilities coupled with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary ranging from $300,000 to $500,000.
