Overview
A major corporation is looking for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead its finance department, delivering strategic leadership across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage FP&A, accounting operations, treasury management, and financial reporting activities.
- Direct budgeting processes, forecasting, cash flow oversight, and overall financial planning.
- Formulate and implement financial strategies to drive business expansion.
- Communicate financial outcomes and strategic advice to senior executives and board members.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a top-tier finance team.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Prefer candidates with CPA certification and/or an MBA degree.
- Bring more than 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in finance.
- Exhibit strong knowledge in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury management.
- Demonstrate proven ability in leadership, strategic decision-making, and planning.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary ranging from $370,000 to $400,000.
