Role Responsibilities
- Surpass individual sales goals established by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Meet daily targets for sales calls aimed at generating leads for rooms, event spaces, and hotel services.
- Track and actively pursue all business leads to improve booking conversion rates for individual and group clients.
- Develop new accounts every month, covering both RFP and LNC segments.
- Arrange at least three site inspections or entertainment meetings weekly with qualified potential or new clients.
- Draft and implement monthly action plans focused on primary market segments.
- Conduct monthly evaluations of corporate account performance regarding room nights and average room rates.
- Analyze competitor pricing strategies, account penetration, and marketing initiatives to sustain competitive advantages.
- Manage assigned accounts comprehensively, including contract negotiations, profile updates in Anais, RFP submissions via Cvent, and contract renewals.
- Prepare group resumes and update management on VIP arrivals, providing meet-and-greet services as needed.
- Maximize revenue through up-selling, cross-selling, and promotion of hotel facilities and services.
- Participate in external hotel client and business events to maintain high visibility for the hotel.
- Attend all required briefings, meetings, and training sessions assigned by management.
- Maintain exemplary personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- Be prepared to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by management or business demands.
- Stay informed and compliant with hotel fire, life safety, and emergency protocols.
- Execute other duties reasonably assigned by management.
