Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly full-time Assistant Community Manager for one of our properties in downtown Denver, CO. This role supports community operations by assisting in management and supervision of staff and ensuring high-quality resident experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support supervision and direction of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping teams.
  • Stay informed on local market trends and competitors through regular surveys and data analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of weekly activity reports, rental applications, and leasing records.
  • Assist the Community Manager in tracking and managing resident requests.
  • Help implement resident retention and renewal initiatives to maintain occupancy.
  • Oversee collection, receipting, and documentation of rental payments, including handling delinquent accounts.
  • Provide management with required reports and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education strongly preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of property management or related business experience.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Experience working with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs is mandatory.
