Job Overview
The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in promoting the company's product and service offerings through a strategic approach and fostering partnerships with current and prospective partners. This role focuses on maximizing sales volume and driving marketing initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and execute strategic plans and roadmaps for assigned products and services in line with management direction.
- Manage relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with company strategy and leadership.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with both new and existing channels and clients to boost sales within the designated territory.
- Develop and keep an updated database of channels and customers, analyze loyalty metrics and identify new business prospects.
- Identify market needs for existing and future offerings through continuous research and customer interactions.
- Manage the full sales process from preparing quotations to ensuring successful collection of payments.
- Monitor credit and payment situations, address outstanding dues, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Drive sales growth for the entire product and service portfolio focusing on long-term profitability and revenue.
- Prepare precise sales forecasts and market development analyses aligned with organizational goals.
- Supervise the execution of focused marketing campaigns and sales programs, track their effectiveness, and advise on adjustments where needed.
- Actively promote the company's presence and offerings throughout the regional market.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in sales or account management.
