This is a senior leadership opportunity for a United States-based professional to own the entire customer value journey, starting at first purchase and extending through retention, loyalty, and reactivation. Requirements

  • At least 12 years of experience across retention, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, or subscriber growth, including 5+ years in senior leadership positions managing multi-layered teams.
  • Background at VP, Senior Director, or comparable level within fast-growing DTC subscription businesses.
  • Clear evidence of driving measurable gains in LTV, retention, or subscription performance at scale.
