Job description
Job Overview
As a subject matter expert, this role is responsible for supporting Energy Sector companies to ensure their compliance with our HR Policy Governance framework. The analyst will address queries from sector companies on behalf of QatarEnergy HR autonomously, maintain detailed records of communications, and collaborate with Senior HR Management teams from sector companies to assist with policy alignment and related projects.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an HR capacity, ideally specializing in the technical Total Rewards field.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing total rewards strategies and a strong understanding of various remuneration packages.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Experience working within a SAP environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities along with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with senior management levels and collaborate within cross-functional project teams.
Educational Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics & Behavioral Science, Commerce, or Finance is required. Professional certifications such as CCP or GRP are preferred.
