Job Overview
As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing infrastructure tenders from both government and private sector portals. This role involves analyzing market trends and government initiatives to identify promising business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and shortlist relevant infrastructure tenders from various government and private portals.
- Evaluate market trends and government policies to uncover new business prospects.
- Prepare comprehensive tender documentation, including technical proposals and bid submissions.
- Liaise effectively with engineering and project departments to ensure precise and timely bid preparation.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, government bodies, consultants, and contractors to facilitate tender activities.
- Ensure all submissions comply with tender requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
