Role Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to temporarily fill a parental leave vacancy from October 2026 to approximately February 2028, joining our Central Procurement unit. This role focuses on managing supplies and services procurement ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends and select appropriate partners for procurement needs.
  • Maintain, supervise, and evaluate procurement databases to ensure up-to-date and reliable information.

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree in business, commerce, or related fields; alternatively, equivalent qualifications attained via relevant professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of public EU procurement law and regulations.
  • Proven expertise in managing and supporting public procurement activities, ideally within the real estate sector.
  • Preferably experienced in managing procurement processes for IT services.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities; capable of working independently with a structured approach.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong coordination skills with various departments, combined with personal accountability, organizational capabilities, and proactivity.
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications and SAP.
