Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile and expert Technical Lead with a broad technical background and hands-on approach to lead our engineering team. This role goes beyond coding, encompassing technical delivery ownership, architecture design of robust end-to-end solutions, and mentorship for developers. The ideal candidate thrives in problem-solving across the full technology stack, steering team priorities, maintaining high quality standards, and cultivating a culture of collaboration and strong performance. Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership by serving as the team’s primary technical resource, managing daily tasks, workload distribution, and alignment on delivery goals.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications with active involvement in coding and overseeing the entire software lifecycle.
• Lead frontend development of responsive, interactive user interfaces primarily using React, emphasizing clean architecture, state management, and excellent user experience.
• Architect secure and scalable backend services and APIs using the .NET stack (C#), including integration solutions connecting internal systems, microservices, and external APIs.
• Oversee deployment across multiple cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, applying infrastructure as code principles along with modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage data layer including database design and performance optimization for both relational and non-relational databases, maintaining hands-on expertise in query tuning and ORMs.
• Champion quality through testing strategies and uphold engineering best practices, providing mentorship via code reviews and design discussions with readiness to take on formal people management as the team expands.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and achievable sprint plans.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in backend development using modern .NET (.NET Core/.NET 6+) and C#, including building Web APIs, RESTful services, and microservices architectures.
• Strong frontend skills with React, including hooks, state management, build tools, and solid knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems, and connecting third-party services.
• Cloud-agnostic mindset with deployment experience on AWS or Azure platforms, along with familiarity with Docker, containerization, and automation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in database design, query optimization, and data modelling across SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Quick adaptability to new technologies, tools, and frameworks as per business needs.
• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills in distributed system environments.
• Excellent communication, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience promoting best practices such as Clean Code, SOLID principles, and Test-Driven Development.
