- Collaborate closely with product owners and development teams during software creation and rollout.

- Support change management activities, conduct impact assessments, and help prepare for operational readiness.
- Partner with UX/UI designers, developers, testers, DevOps, and system architects to ensure alignment and quality.
- Contribute to testing processes by reviewing test cases, aiding defect triages, and addressing queries.
- Manage identification and tracking of risks, dependencies, and technical restrictions throughout project delivery.
- Utilize data analysis to assist decision-making, ensure requirement accuracy, and identify enhancement opportunities.
Experience Requirements
- Between 1.5 and 5 years as a Business Analyst in software delivery or technology-driven environments.
- Proven expertise in gathering requirements and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience operating within Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Skilled in authoring clear user stories and functional requirement documents.
- Familiar with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio or equivalents.
- Understanding of APIs, database systems, and integrating complex systems.
- Strong SQL capability with experience analysing trends and ensuring data integrity.
- History of collaborating effectively with diverse technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in business change projects or transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in public sector or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, Design Thinking, or structured solution design methods.
- Exposure to platforms like Azure, AWS, Salesforce, or cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI.
- Understanding of UX design principles and proficiency with wireframing tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.
