Overview
This role is a 6-month contract based at BIC's Hammersmith office in Central London, requiring presence at the office at least three days per week. Role Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse teams for BIC in several global locations.
- Enhance the candidate experience while coaching hiring managers throughout recruitment and driving ongoing process improvements.
- Develop fresh and innovative sourcing strategies including partnerships with universities and peer companies to increase talent flow.
- Leverage social media to build BIC's employer brand, advertise vacancies, and engage with potential candidates.
- Handle candidate tracking using systems such as SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Monitor recruitment costs and implement strategies to optimize expenses.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency/search firm setting.
- Knowledge of French, Italian, Bulgarian, or Greek languages is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking tools like SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous.
- Strong communication, relationship management, multitasking, organizational, presentation, collaboration, follow-up, and negotiation abilities.
- Expertise in talent pipeline development and creative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Proven success in cultivating customer relationships with high satisfaction levels.
