Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities at the outlet to maintain smooth operations.
• Lead and inspire the team to provide outstanding guest experiences.
• Address guest inquiries and professionally manage complaint resolutions.
• Supervise staff attendance, personal grooming, and assign shifts accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness, uphold safety measures, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Assist in billing processes, cash handling, and oversee inventory control.
• Collaborate with the Venue Manager to meet operational goals and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education requirement is completion of 12th grade or a graduate degree.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment, or customer service sectors.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Male candidates are preferred.
• Availability and willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
