Key Responsibilities

Example projects include testing new live chat features or re-engagement initiatives with inactive customers or cleaners.
- Collaborate with data analysts to develop KPI dashboards and reports for new and ongoing Operations programs using SQL, Tableau, and spreadsheet tools; manage weekly reporting to the COO and senior management.
Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in a technology or consulting firm, with a degree from a leading university in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, business, economics, or mathematics.
- Proficiency in retrieving data with SQL and strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; willingness to learn visualization platforms such as Metabase, Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
- A natural analytical curiosity to solve problems and uncover opportunities using data.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid change inherent in startup environments.
- Basic understanding of statistics and experimental design.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent communication skills, with experience managing projects autonomously.
