Overview
The State Administration Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all administrative activities across all branches within Bihar. This includes ensuring smooth functioning of branches, infrastructure preparedness, compliance adherence, vendor coordination, and cost-effective management. The incumbent will play a vital role in supporting business growth through operational efficiency, governance, and administrative excellence statewide.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise administration across all branch locations within the state.
- Manage facility operations including preventive maintenance, asset control, and vendor performance monitoring.
- Lead branch expansion initiatives by overseeing site readiness, infrastructure development, and branch launch projects.
- Ensure full statutory, regulatory, and audit compliance throughout the state branches.
- Control state-level administrative budgets, payments to vendors, utility expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
- Direct and manage state administrative team including executives and contract staff to ensure high productivity and seamless operations.

Result Areas and Support Activities
- Ensure branch administration runs smoothly including housekeeping, security, utilities, and maintenance while promoting asset care and preventive maintenance across the network.
- Oversee new branch setups and infrastructure projects ensuring timely progress of civil, electrical, interior design, and branding work.
- Maintain full compliance through document upkeep, MIS reporting, audit resolutions, and asset lifecycle management.
- Handle vendor engagement, negotiate agreements, assess vendor performance, and liaise with internal teams such as Business, HR, Finance, Risk, and Procurement.
- Administer state budgets, process payments, track expenses, and identify potential cost efficiency opportunities.
- Lead and motivate contract and permanent staffing teams to enhance operational productivity and service quality.
