Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end after-sales operations for residential property projects.
• Serve as the liaison for customers from post-booking through to possession.
• Oversee processes related to agreements, registrations, home loans, and possession formalities.
• Address and resolve client complaints and queries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales, accounts, legal departments, and site management.
• Monitor payments, collection statuses, and outstanding dues promptly.
• Ensure all customer communications and documentation are completed timely and accurately.
• Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems and update client records.
• Supervise the handover and possession procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
• Lead and manage the after-sales and CRM team for optimum performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience.
• Applicants should be residents of Navi Mumbai or Mumbai.

• Position is full-time and based onsite in Navi Mumbai with operations also covering Mumbai.
