Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in meeting contractual obligations and project site objectives across business functions.
• Develop short-term schedules including determining required resources for specific project areas.
• Ensure timely availability of equipment, materials, and labor to meet work program deadlines.
• Engage actively in safety programs such as toolbox meetings, pre-starts, inductions, job hazard analyses, and work practice reviews.
• Assist in invoice handling, cost processing, and preparation of productivity reports and analyses as necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer within civil construction projects.
• Solid understanding and application of project management plans.
• Track record of leading safety meetings and commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards.
• Ability to manage control systems for labor, plant, and material resources.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder management and issue resolution.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
