Role Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will be a key contributor within a prominent initiative targeting enhancements in operations and logistics efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with business executives, operational teams, technology stakeholders, and external vendors to collect requirements, lead workshops, draft business process documentation, and assist with system integration efforts spanning multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process of gathering business requirements and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Organize and facilitate collaborative workshops connecting business and technology groups.
• Create detailed documentation outlining current operations and envisioned future processes.
• Support initiatives involving API usage and system integrations.
• Develop comprehensive business requirement documents, process charts, and data flow diagrams.
• Work closely with vendors and project delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
• Identify areas where processes can be optimized to enhance operational efficiency.

Profile & Requirements

• Demonstrated extensive experience in business analysis within complex projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects with a focus on integration capabilities.
• Strong background in API integration and systems implementation.
• Highly skilled in process mapping and business process reengineering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management expertise.
• Industry experience in logistics, freight, transport, supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and technological partners.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with operational transformation initiatives, manufacturing or industrial sectors, data mapping, system migration, and familiarity with AI tools that support delivery and analytics.
