Role Overview

Key Duties

  • Conduct investigations into complaints, analyzing data from diverse sources
  • Review evidence and research applicable legislation, regulations, and industry norms
  • Communicate effectively with complainants, industry actors, legal counsel, and relevant parties
  • Negotiate settlements and facilitate outcomes between conflicting parties
  • Compile detailed written reports including findings, recommendations, and decisions
  • Oversee case timelines, progress, and correspondence
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and broader organisational initiatives

Candidate Profile

While a tertiary legal qualification is advantageous, candidates with strong backgrounds in dispute resolution, compliance, insurance, financial services, investigations, or related areas are encouraged to apply.
