Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Consultant role based in Mohali district. The position is part of a walk-in drive scheduled for 18 June 2026, with interviews running from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring strong expertise across a wide range of sourcing channels and use inventive methods to locate suitable talent for open roles.
- Understand the complete recruitment sales process from start to finish and handle it with confidence.
- Coordinate interviews on time, share feedback promptly, and help create a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
- Negotiate compensation effectively when required.
- Contribute directly to revenue by closing deals and supporting business growth.
- Stay accountable for meeting quarterly revenue goals.
- Generate revenue consistently from existing clients.
- Maintain professional conduct in all interactions between candidates and clients.
- Take full ownership of the recruitment cycle and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Build strong client partnerships by understanding company culture, business goals, and hiring requirements.
- Work with a data-led mindset to reduce turnaround time and improve client success outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in a recruitment agency environment.
- A graduate or postgraduate background is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong spoken and written English, along with confident presentation skills, is essential.
- Hands-on sourcing experience using platforms and tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and IMjobs is required.
- A demonstrated history of meeting sales targets within the recruitment industry is important for success in this role.
