We are partnering with a rapidly expanding US-based recruitment firm specializing exclusively in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sectors. Despite being established only a year ago, the company has already surpassed £500,000 in billings with a small team of three consultants. The founder has a proven history of successfully growing US recruitment divisions, and the firm plans to increase its team from the current four members to 10 within the next 12 to 18 months, aiming eventually for over 40 consultants.

Role Overview

This position suits recruiters who thrive on the full recruitment cycle and enjoy building their own client base. While some warm leads are provided, most responsibilities focus on developing business from scratch, managing client relations, and owning your market niche.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new business opportunities.
• Initiating and conducting client outreach calls.
• Handling objections efficiently during client interactions.
• Establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Taking full ownership of your market territory.
• Achieving direct rewards corresponding to your efforts.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proven ability to secure new business and win clients.
• Strong telephone communication skills.
