Job Overview

The Recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements influenced by attrition, business development, and retirements. The role entails crafting talent acquisition strategies to maintain optimal vacancy levels, staff new initiatives timely, and implement replacement plans for retirements. Recruitment decisions are made utilizing behavioral interview methods, thorough credential evaluations, resume scrutiny, and other assessments focused on competencies. Job offers, bonuses, relocation packages, and contractual agreements are prepared and negotiated to ensure talent acquisition goals are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers for workforce planning and projecting staffing needs.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies ensuring timely staffing of new and existing programs.
• Use behavioral interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate fit and qualifications.
• Handle employment offer processes including negotiation of incentives and managing counteroffers.
• Respond to candidate inquiries about benefits, corporate policies, and incentives.
• Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems documenting candidate progress.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• A minimum of one year in recruiting or human resources experience.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment CRMs.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience utilizing artificial intelligence tools in recruitment.

Preferred Experience and Certifications

• Healthcare sector recruiting experience.
• Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) familiarity.
• Talent acquisition certification through recognized bodies such as HCI, NAHCR, or RACR.
• HR certifications like Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP.

Additional Details

• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant work history may substitute for degree requirements: e.g., four years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• Physical requirements apply as per detailed standards linked by the employer.
• Background checks including a Florida Level 2 screening and fingerprinting are mandatory in compliance with state law.
• Compensation ranges from approximately $49,718 to $92,469 annually.
• Full-time daytime schedule based in Tampa, FL at 14055 Riveredge Drive, 33637.
