  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure evaluation activities meet their requirements and foster shared learning.
  • Report progress, risk factors, and mitigation plans to Scottish Government funders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues internally and externally, including individuals with lived experience, statutory bodies, and third sector organizations, to achieve strategic evaluation goals.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience developing and executing robust mixed-method evaluation plans.
  • Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data within evaluation contexts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong writing capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Scotland's public health priorities and policies is advantageous.

  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, flexible working, carers support, and equal opportunities.
  • Guaranteed interview for disabled applicants meeting minimum criteria as part of Disability Confident scheme.
  • Support for reasonable adjustments during recruitment and employment.
