About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire program, ensuring coordination across scheduling, scope, vendors, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive delivery plan including work breakdown structure, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and resource allocation for a cross-functional team of 15 members.
- Lead project governance activities such as creating steering committee reports, weekly progress updates, RAID logs, change control processes, and managing escalations.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the client, facilities management, and external vendors (including BMS, CCTV, access control, and parking systems).
- Organize site access, commissioning schedules, and user acceptance testing in collaboration with facility operations.
- Monitor budget utilization, effort progression, and vendor deliverables in alignment with contractual milestones.
- Manage risks, particularly focusing on system integration dependencies that commonly cause delays in Digital Twin projects.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 8 years experience in managing technology delivery projects with at least 3 years focused on systems integration or smart building/IoT initiatives.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise or government client engagements requiring formal governance structures.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Jira, coupled with expertise in structured reporting.
- Ability to engage directly in technical discussions with architects, developers, and controls engineers without the need for intermediaries.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or their equivalents are preferred.
Additional Qualifications (Desirable)
- Experience with Digital Twin, BIM, GIS, or command and control room technologies.
- Conceptual knowledge of building systems communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and OPC-UA.
Location and Terms
- The position is based in Dubai, UAE, requiring on-site presence at InfoLabs Global and client premises as needed.
- Engagement is contract/project-based throughout the Digital Twin program duration, with potential extensions depending on project pipeline.
- Applicants must hold a valid UAE residence visa and currently reside in the UAE. Relocation sponsorship is not provided, and candidates must be available to commence work on short notice.
