Project Manager

Role Overview

The Project Manager role at IB Financial LLC is designed for a candidate to join either full-time or part-time in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, blending on-site presence with remote work flexibility. The primary focus lies in advancing the acquisition and disposition activities within the company's roofing division by identifying potential clients and maintaining strong relationships with industry stakeholders such as roofing business owners and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture a robust pipeline of acquisition and disposition leads in the roofing sector.
• Oversee deal progression by managing timelines and coordinating due diligence processes including inspections and evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties such as brokers, appraisers, attorneys, and inspectors to facilitate smooth deal execution.
• Monitor deal risks and ensure all milestones are achieved punctually.
• Prepare and present deal updates and documentation for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Continuously improve outreach strategies and pipeline tracking to enhance scalability and deal flow efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Robust project management capabilities with experience handling multiple deals concurrently from initiation to close.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to proactively source and foster relationships within the roofing and construction industries.
• Ability to coordinate comprehensive due diligence activities, including inspections.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication, capable of delivering clear updates and collaborating across teams.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
