Role Overview
Located in Longford Forest, County Longford, this position offers an annual salary of approximately 44,200. The plumber will handle maintenance duties for guest accommodations and village structures to ensure smooth family vacation experiences. Responsibilities include prompt repairs, planned preventative maintenance, and delivering excellent customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and carry out scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
- Identify and report defects while assisting with various technical duties.
- Respond swiftly to maintenance emergencies and perform necessary repairs.

Working Hours and Conditions
- Full-time employment with flexible shifts.

Candidate Profile
- NFQ Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Plumbing, Pipefitting, or an equivalent qualification such as a National Craft Certificate.
- Possession of a full, valid driving licence held for at least six months.
- Experience in trade roles, preferably electrical or mechanical.
- Strong aptitude for delivering excellent customer service.
