About the Role
Xper8 Private Limited is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to spearhead and optimize our paid advertising campaigns, contributing to accelerated business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and oversee paid advertisements across platforms such as Google and Meta.
- Monitor advertising spend, user interactions, conversion metrics, and return on investment.
- Experiment with varying ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to optimize performance.
- Generate performance reports highlighting successful strategies and propose enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to develop compelling ad visuals.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of professional exposure in managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in handling numerical data and basic reporting using spreadsheet software and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong communication abilities.
- A proactive and curious approach with a focus on testing and learning.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with B2B brand marketing is advantageous.
