About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join our team on a contractor basis with flexible engagement terms. Although this contract role, it offers a long-term opportunity working on new and ongoing Pega projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop applications using Pega Infinity version 24.2 or above.
- Hands-on development with Pega Smart Investigate including configuring case types, managing workflows, data pages, integrations, and user interface design.
- Utilize the Pega Diagnostic Center to monitor, generate alerts, and analyze system performance.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Kafka, and various connectors.
- Create UI components employing Pega Constellation technologies such as view templates, widgets, and DX APIs, with strong emphasis on performance, accessibility, and usability.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in Pega development.
- Advanced knowledge of Pega Constellation frameworks, DX APIs, and contemporary Pega UI technologies.
- Proficiency with Pega Smart Investigate tools.
- Experience with Pega Diagnostic Center (PDC) and Pega Decision Management (PDM).
- Hands-on expertise in Pega integrations including REST services and Kafka messaging systems.
Additional Information
- Work arrangement is hybrid for candidates located in Auckland, requiring 2–3 days onsite weekly.
- Remote work options are available for applicants outside of Auckland.
- The role involves contributing to a major Pega-centric project.
- Possession of Pega LSA certification will be considered an advantage.
