Operations Manager / Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day functions of a prominent cleaning firm based in Qatar. The candidate must have 2 to 3 years of direct experience in the local cleaning industry and currently be residing in Qatar for immediate employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations of the cleaning company ensuring smooth workflow.
• Lead and manage cleaning staff teams while maintaining superior service standards.
• Organize staffing plans, work schedules, and coordinate operations at client sites.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with current clients to uphold service satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business leads and secure cleaning service contracts.
• Create and present quotations, participate in client discussions, and handle contract negotiations effectively.
• Address customer concerns promptly to uphold satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Assess employee performance regularly and enforce adherence to company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience managing operations within a cleaning enterprise in Qatar.
• Demonstrated success in business development and winning new cleaning service agreements.
• Familiarity with the Qatar cleaning market landscape.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, and talent for client relationship management.
• Possession of a valid Qatar driving license is favorable.
• Currently living in Qatar with availability to start immediately.
