Job Overview

Seeking an experienced mid-level One Identity Manager Administrator, this position involves maintaining, configuring, and administering the One Identity Manager platform. The role supports user lifecycle operations, governance of access, workflow assistance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with security and application teams to guarantee reliable identity management services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and provide support for the One Identity Manager platform across production and testing environments.
• Conduct user provisioning and deprovisioning, assign roles, and oversee access request workflows.
• Handle identity lifecycle events including onboarding, internal moves, and departures.
• Monitor synchronization, provisioning, and workflow operations; identify and resolve related issues.
• Engage with connectors, application integrations, and directory services such as Active Directory.
• Assist with account reconciliation, periodic access reviews, and ensure identity data integrity.
• Perform routine maintenance, apply configuration updates, and troubleshoot platform problems.
• Support incident response, requests, and problem management within defined service levels.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and support guides.
• Work collaboratively with infrastructure, security teams, and application stakeholders on identity and access management tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related discipline.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in identity and access management or similar administration roles.
• Proven practical experience administering and supporting One Identity Manager.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and provisioning methodologies.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, SQL databases, and Windows enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for workflows, synchronization, and connector-related issues.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• Experience managing tasks within a support-based framework and prioritizing workload effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience customizing One Identity Manager through workflow setup or scripting.
• Knowledge of IT service management platforms such as ManageEngine.
• Awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements impacting access control.
• Experience assisting with enterprise-level IAM deployments or upgrades.

Certifications

• Certification specific to One Identity Manager is advantageous.
• Additional credentials in IAM or cybersecurity are considered a plus.

Additional Desired Skills

• Proficiency with PowerShell and SQL scripting and experience reconciling identity data.
• Familiarity with cloud-based identity systems and hybrid IAM configurations.
• Exposure to privileged access management, single sign-on, or federation technologies.
